• Location

  The property is located in a peaceful and serene area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The view from the property is breathtaking and refreshing with large patches of greenery. It is a great place to stay if you want to live in nature in Mumbai. However, it is a bit far from the city and it might take some time to reach anywhere in the city. Cab drivers may not want to come to the area due to the hilly terrain. But Uber autos are easily available. The roads back to the property get very secluded around 12:30 am onwards. The location is perfect for people who want to experience a beautiful morning view in the middle of a busy city.

• Cleanliness

  The property is very well maintained and clean. The house help does a fabulous job at keeping the house clean. The bathroom was stocked with shower gel, handwash, and shampoo for guests to use. Clean towels and hand towels were provided too. The kitchen is extremely well stocked up with a fridge, stove, gas, microwave, and enough variety of cutlery for guests to use. The maid charges a nominal fee for washing utensils and cooking meals. The property is superficially clean which means the floor is clean and bed is arranged. However, there are lots of green fungus growing in the bathroom handles of microwave drawers, etc. The fridge was stocked up with expired products. Guests are advised to pack their own sheets and towels.

• Food & Dining

  There are a few restaurants operating inside the society which deliver food but options are highly limited. Swiggy and Zomato do not deliver after 6 pm. However, groceries and water can be ordered on call with free delivery. The kitchen is very well equipped, so guests can consider cooking on their own. There is a restaurant nearby called Anumati which had amazing food and drinks and was not expensive.

  The property is a cozy studio apartment with everything for daily needs. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a small window-side seating area. The house is artistically done up with personal touches everywhere in the apartment. The availability of a good fridge and microwave is a huge plus. The WiFi is strong too. The air conditioner doesn't work up to the mark and just keeps the place minimally cool. The shower needs to be changed as it is old and outdated, which leaks and splatters water at high pressure in every direction.

• Check-in Experience

  The check-in process was easy and simple. The host was very responsive and always available. The caretaker does a fabulous job and is always available for any request. The host graciously accommodated an early check-in and the house was not only welcoming but also aesthetically pleasing. The host provides very clear instructions once the reservation is made, and there is absolutely nothing one needs beyond those instructions to get to the property inside the property or around the property.
