Room is good. Suggested to provide free breakfast and a bottle of water with glass. Suggested not to wake up the guest by knocking the door to clean the room in the morning. The management has to intimate the timings of cleaning at the time of check in. Tried to switch on the tv many times but couldn't. The toilet is clean. The toilet faucet is not lengthy enough to wash. Need to clean the taps well enough to give a clean and steely look. Otherwise it's a good hotel worth staying. Reception is courteous. Suggested to help the guest to keep the luggage in and out of room during check and check out. Need to display a board the reception is in the 1st floor. Otherwise guests are bumping into real estate office in the ground floor. .

I had nice experienced in your previous hotel. But small things i have observed which is not taken care of. After demanding the things they are supplying it means that either they are not knowing or they are ignoring. If you ask for soap towels they will give you. Afterwards they will say sorry. Next point is intertainment. Tv not when you then they will come n repair n start. Communication wise they are excellent. Otherwise they are ok. Hygienic wise ok. There service is good. As per my experience staff should be thoroughly briefed. That's all from my side. Thanks n to all your team. Keep it up.

The property is quite decent for a short stay. I will start with all the good points, the management is friendly and helpful, wifi is available, great washrooms, lift is there. Defaults - lots of cockroaches, it really needs pest control, no kitchen in the building, no warm water availability to drink.

The stay was good. Staff were helpful. The room needs few improvements in terms of fan switches and lights.
