Group stay, room was specious interior facilities was good, hotel cleanliness was very good, hotel services and staff behavior was very nice ambiances and amenities were also very good. Overall it was a good stay.

Good hotel but bad services

I had an average time in this hotel. During my stay, there was some voltage issue due to which fans and geysers were not working as they should have and we did not get any hot water but even though after calling the reception multiple times, they did not resolve the issue. The cleanliness was a good part of the hotel.

Hotel is of low class with price of 700 per room.

Low quality mattress - hardly 2 inch thickness, indian washroom in all the rooms, small bathroom attached to toilet, cleaning is poor

Not much clean as per lodge reputation.
It's too much cost paid for auto to drop on lodge location from satara bus stand.

I was book a room and confirm booking also but hotel staff says hotel is full room not avileble, very unhappy about service and i will give 0 out of 10

We were asked for extra money for the forth person whereas we had already booked for four people on mmt. The guys was too rude and arrogant and seemed to be drunk (not sure but the way he was talking seemed that he is drunk. We had to call mm t to sort things out in regards with the fourth persons booking. Please take care of this part rest seems to be good.
