Hotel property was good having very good amenities, i like the services as property was almost 1 km from sitapur bus stand but they pick me from bus stand through bike. Staff were courteous

It was a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Rooms are very specious for 3 persons. The room was neat and clean. The restaurant is not that good, i suggest eating outside.

I stayed at new basera hotel for two days. And enjoyed my stay there. Polite staff, good food like home made i returned late from kedarnath. Still i was able to get 1 day extra extension for my stay here without any hassle and also for less charges.

The Hotel was quite comfortable to stay in with scenic beauty in the background (waterfall). Neat and clean. Well maintained rooms. Very well mannered and friendly staff who helped us in every aspect.

Overall good place and location. However the hotel charged extra amount to hold the luggage while we have gone to kedarnath. This was not told to us before that it will be charged. I have not seen any hotels charging to hold the guest's luggage after checkout.

Properly was good on the road. Actually i have stayed there twice, but both the experiences were different, that what i was never expected. Room was clean everything was ok, room was small at that price and having mosquitos.
