Breakfast was good. Bed was good. Hot water was coming from tap to bath. Hot drinking water was provided. Overall hospitality was perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay in new bombay houseboat. It's situated right on dal lake at an excellent location. Rooms were clean and adequate. Blankets provided were electrically heated which ensured a great sleep.
