Food was good. Carpets are not well maintained. The windows were not sealed properly and therefore room was colder at night.

The entire experience was fabulous, Beautiful houseboat with lots of wooden carving art work with all the amenities. The boat has a beautiful view of the the Nagin Lake. It is beautiful experience to spend the entire night on the houseboat, everything was great, Mr. Adil & family was overwhelming, overall a must and different experience for the Srinagar trip. Must stay for an amazing experience.

Our day was not that much good due to rude driver and extremely warm weather but as soon as we checked in the house boat in the evening we felt extremely good and relaxed specially the care taker of the house boat mr ramzan was so helpful and of very positive nature. Our stay at boat was comfortable and we would recommend everyone to stay in this house boat inn nagin lake instead of the hustle and bustle of dal lake.

Good decent house boat at a great location, but it is no where near dal lake. Breakfast was very ordinary as the prices are at the higher side expected some more options. Room were clean and warm but washroom was not that hygienic just soap and old towels, dirty bucket and mugs didn’t felt like using.

The stay was good. However some of the boats were not cleaned properly. There were dust and smell in the boat. The food was good. Some of the boats didnt had good mattress. Washroom was clean. Hospitality was very good. Very good staff.

For vegetarians, non-veg smell was coming on plates, dishes are okay. Cleanliness is below average. No hot water, no room heater, no bed heater. Safety aspects, no proper locks in all rooms. Outlook seems to be okay, but needs to improve lot.

Good property no issues with locagion would not advise food there, not because of hydiene but taste is not acceptable to everyone

This guys are fraud, they can reject the check-in any time, do never book this, the pics are different then what they offer. Many families offered the same property and during check-in they were offering the worst place. I srinagar you do not require the house boat.

We had to face a lot of trouble. When we reached the lake and called the staff of the houseboat, they refused that your booking is not there, while ours was booked.
