Near Railways station and market, good and cooperative staff, no lift, but good service and ground floor room can be confirmed before booking if required.

Due to poor customer service, criminal misconduct of locking us for one hour and mental torture caused to us, we are not willing to avail his hotel again today. Therefore, we didn't stay in said hotel despite having booking. If possible, give us the money we spent on this useless hotel.

Very shabby hotel and very terrible experience. Even the hotel manager is not responsive. Not recommended. Should be delisted.

Not Worth the money. Hotel amenities were not upto the mark. So much price for the facilities and room provided.

Room and bathroom are dirty and unhygienic. Foul smelling both room as well as bathroom. No free parking for customers. I had to pay for parking and that half a km away from hotel. No complementary bottled water.

Bathroom was stinking, no geyser in the bathroom, no washbasin for brush or washing the face, room was small and very dirty it was extremely bad experience and what more to say about this hotel
