Review Of New Parbati Palace

The experience of The hotel new parbati palace is very horrible. Inconvenience: 2. The hotel service is very bad 3. The hotel says they will provide(free wifi,water bottle, daily room cleaning with bathroom, daily changes of bedsheet and bedcover) all the above mentioned things are not done by the hotel authority. 5. The TV inside the hotel is not recharged. 6. The daily tasks which are usually provide by the hotel staffs are not happening. we have to call the reception all the time it to do the work. It looks like we are staying in the hotel for free and without payment. 7.MR. Hotel manager ( when we call him for the allowed service which are not done by the hotel authority he talk to us rudely and provoking tone ) The total amount of the hotel we paid is fully waste. The hotel is very bad and un professional toward the guests who borrow their hotel.

Good service and room was clean drinking water bottle available bathroom kit available but check out time was disappointed morning 8.00 am

It’s a very bad experience. Frequent power cut at night. No instance power backup facilities available. They wait for 5min for power back, if not come thn they start their DG. The room service is not up to mark. Also the room is not that nearest to the temple as described. Overall experience is not satisfactory at all.

The rooms are new ,staff behaviour is very nice,the price is very reasonable.So I recommend to try this hotel in your next trip.

Great location to stay, the location is great and you find your trip with easy access to all location specially the main Puri Temple. You can visit the temple by walking as it is just 850M away!

Value for money...in room food service was good, tasty food...but 700m away from beach ... electric auto available 24*7..cheap tiffin centre available near by..all kinds of markets are nearby...

My parents stayed there. The staffs were helpful. They also managed early check in and managed transport for them in the early morning for airport.

Absolute comfortable stay & staff behaviour is very good ..... it's a New hotel with modern interior

Room maintenance and Hotel maintenance are excellent. staff receiving is also good. But one is minus, there is NO car parking. It would be better to improve that one.

The Bedroom and bathroom are new and clean.Location is nearest to Temple.The service boys are also good.

I have booked food at the hotel, but the hotel doesn't have dining facilities, which causes us lots of problems & Also we need to order food before 2 hours then only food will be provided also if you require anything extra you won't get it. room service is very bad

overall experience was good, initially they denied check in and asked for extra charge, the room was clean and spacious, location is far from station, and inside from road so might be tough to find.

overall it was satisfactory.. Rooms were clean.. staff was helpful Temple was close, so no issues faced

It was a quick found and luckily the place was very near to shree jagannath temple and staffs were also cooperative and the rooms were hygiene

Experience was good except that there was no one to open the entrance gate when we were to leave to the temple early morning. Also, the hotel is deep inside. We. Couldn't find it very easily as the location provided was also wrong. However, it is within walking distance to the temple. You could consider this hotel if you are there for a 2-3 stay with time to pay a relaxed visit to all the tourist attractions.
