average stay experience. hot water was not available in the washroom. for 1 bottle of mineral water they gave me and paid 20 rs. hotel very close from the airport. but they did not provide a pickup and drop facility. public transport from airport also not available. auto drivers taking 200-300 rs for just 3-4 kilometers.

The interiors are good but not well maintained and the ambiance is not at all good. Walls and washroom of the room was not well maintained and not clean. The hotel management needs to maintain the ambiance and cleanliness in the hotel. Apart from that interiors of the room was good but not maintained. So i had to check out early seeing the ambiance.

Very bad hotel

Property is beautiful and gives royal stay feeling all staff are good specially mithilesh front desk staff was very courteous and helped me to collect my i phone charger which i forgot to take from hotel room. Overall stay was awes o and food was also good.

Room cleaning is not upto the mark

No cleaning before check in. And ertithig problem in bathroom and lift. Electric current coming in bathroom and lift. Other things ok. Food facility avileble

The room size was ok. This place was below average in cleanliness.

Cleaning can be better. Hotel looks new but maintenance is zero. Blanket provided are used one.

Tv is there but we can see only free channels. No dustbin in room when asked, provided a dirty one. You can see empty liquor bottles outside the door, when we check-in there after they sweeping and cleaning room. I can give one star only for Rajmahal restaurant's meal's.

Hotel was nice, easily reached by tap oo (20 minutes) to Kishangarh railway Station. Comfortable but room or bathroom not average clean so I extremely disappointed. Other than staff behavior and room management good not best.

It is nearby station Hotel is good according to city. Staff is good too but they delay to deliver food in your room almost 30 minutes even for single cup of tea in morning. Location is good walkable distance from station 10 mint but local vehicle acailble to drop the location and parking facility avaialble too
