A slum place with everything totally filthy, beds, rooms, sheets nil, blankets so dusty smelling not washed clean, dirty bathrooms, no running water in bathrooms no heaters or electric blankets with srinagar having 8 degrees at night. Drinking glasses not washed in years such slim in them and definitely not as per your displayed pictures with great writings saying big deal, deal. Etc. Before you give these advertisements please check place and ensure what you are saying is correct. Location is in a small narrow lane difficult to take big vehicle to turn. Absolutely horrendous. We left our baggage and checked out other places and for the same rate got nice hotel rooms, clean sheets, electric blankets and at least we could have a good sleep that night as we were traveling next morning. we found the small indicator on wall with arrow saying new world. Caretaker was totally unaware of this booking. He was shocked that he has received no intimation. He says his number is different. It took us 50 minutes to find the location, it is inside a lane and then by lane which was terrible Each place was filthy. Pillow covers stinking, beds stinking. In fact the caretaker was mentioning that he gets a small amount from this deal. It is on first floor, step steps and senior citizens found it difficult to climb. This was not mentioned in your advertisement.

I found the property on make my trip. And due to its reasonable rate and good location, i made the booking. After arrival and during our stay what i experienced was very nice and satisfactory. The location is very near to dal lake. In the evening one will find around 25+ restaurants offering various chicken and mutton dishes of kashmir just by the lane of the guest house. We enjoyed very much. And the owner, basir uncle is very cordial, caring and hospitable in nature. The condition of the room was very well maintained and specially the balcony with one apple tree was very soothing to stand there. From my side, it was superb.

Average rooms. Not so impressive location. Had to walk 500 metres to get anything. Not very clean. Felt very old. Only pro is owner is friendly and helpful.
