Deluxe room an appreciably quiet place, away from the city rush but near enough, neat & clean, with adequate amenities and very hospitable staff. Enjoyed the stay there & at reasonable rates. Breakfast is not a long spread buffet. Just few items on order.

a proper 4 star hotel...great rooms, excellent cleanliness, reliable room service, ample car parking....its completely worth for ₹ ..they will charge ₹600 for extra bed which is also reasonable

Room interior is so nice, food is also top notch, wonderful experience. The one thing i didn’t like is bathroom shower i think its damaged other than that its great

Small hotel with minimum essential staff. Staff courteous. Hot water only on request. Al a carte breakfast if booking with breakfast chosen. Food taste ok. No shop or other eatery in walking distance. Adequate parking space.

Good rooms and good service. But you can't allow bar going crowd to use the same lift, thats a safety risk for women and children

Water availability was an issue the water is having low pressure and hence the shower and taps won't have a proper flow, on complaining to reception they said it's due to the excess water usage jn the ground floor which was absurd.

Terrible service ever i experienced, the reception guy was irritating for me the sharer i'd card even i informed him will share the same before we leave (have shared the sharer 1st page i'd card. He was asking for the address page even after i submitted mine. Also the ac remote was not working, and the coffee mug was stained. Bad smell when we checked in the room. I have been calling the reception from 4. 15am for a bottle of water and they haven't picked the call until 5. 45am. Very poor service at all. These are the problems i have experienced over there. It must be a lack of training for the trainee who was standing in the front. My humble request to the management as they should run the show with staff to handle guest experiences and not leave with the guy is learning.
