We booked this beautiful 1 bhk for 3 days. The location of the property is excellent. We loved the amenities inside the room such as the washing machine, microwave oven, all kitchen accessories. Hygiene and cleanliness is good. Swimming pool size is small and don't have kids pool. It was homely stay. Restaurants and supermarkets you can find nearby. Higly recommend for family stay. We will to come again.

Staying at Niar Apartment was absolutely awesome! The place was super clean and tidy, and they made sure it stayed that way with daily cleaning (seriously, they don’t miss a beat). The team even followed up regularly to ensure everything was on point. The staff? Total rockstars—friendly, helpful, and always spot-on with their info. I’d 100% recommend this place to anyone heading to Goa. Friends, family, whoever—you’re gonna love it here! Big thanks to the Niar Apartment crew for an amazing stay. You guys nailed it!

I loved this place so much that i cant tell. Its very close to candolim and just near hotel novotel for address. Super clean property. You get 1 hall+ kitchen/dining, one gallery with chair/table for sitting and a bedroom with tv of good clarity. Clean bathrooms. Modern sitting and sleeping furniture with very clean walls. Everything from toaster, microwave, cutlery for eating food, drinking wine, ro water outlet js there inside this 1bhk. Its new property and a very very reasonable one. It also has a common swimming pool. Staffs are from northeast side. Very cooperative and smiling always. Very attentive. Room cleaning staff also cleans and arranged even our personal items. I loved the stay which i had for 5 days. I enjoyed and fully satisfied with the stay. I loved the hospitality.

I recently stayed at near luxury apartment in goa with my family, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Having visited goa multiple times and stayed at various hotels, i can confidently say that near stands out as the best so far. Both my 8-year-old and my brother’s 3-year-old enjoyed the stay thoroughly, making it a memorable part of our goa trip. The rooms were spotless, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for families with young kids. The staff was polite, attentive, and genuinely caring, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. I highly recommend near luxury apartment for families traveling with small children. The only downside i noticed was the lack of an in-house restaurant. However, with zomato available at your fingertips, it’s not much of an issue. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in goa!
