Very poor hotel

Enjoyed very much. Water park was amazind, good was delicious. Only negative point is they did not provide extra towel , washroom cleaning was not as expected.

The price of food is high and the taste is average. Room facility is average

Hotel food is very poor, also resipi person not support, because his money earn from water park. No need for room booking. Room booking formalities. 7% keep u, i have normal get 5-7 discount other coupon

Half of the rides were closed. All the rides which were open were not functioning. You have to push yourself in the middle third of the rides. Staff in duty said that they knew it and had informed the owners. When i asked for refund owners didn't even care about getting a negative review. Some good things included staff very welcoming and caring. Very clean as there were hardly any visitors. Food was delicious. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall, go there if you want a good place to live but if you are looking for adrenaline rush then you'll be disappointed.

Room was ok but food was not available as per menu card most of the meals was out of stock. Surprisingly the billing through was done through personnel account of staff. And not in nilansh account.

The rooms were ok but yes spacious. But some bathoom fitting were loose or detached. Food was good. And as for safety standards these were maintained, pools were cleaned everyday. Overall will give 3. 5 rating out of 5

Normally good stay for a change. A door mat should be provided in front of washroom which was lacking during the stay. Food was good. Thanks
