It was nice experience to stay there staff is also good by behaviour they coordinate with us very nicely may be in future if i have plan definitely wish to stay there.

Hello this is pooja parmar, yes the stay was comfortable but when we were calling on reception there was no one to answer it and we have to reach out again and again. Otherwise it was really good. Thank you. No thanks hospitality matters a lot which lacks in surat. Thank you!

Horrible unhygienic and duty rooms, with broken toilets and bed sheets. Suitable for one night stand

Not good, nothing is kept clean, do not choose the breakfast option. It’s a pay for hour type hotel. We were there for business and everyone was visibly uncomfortable with the rooms, even the bed was designed for those 2-3 hours booking couples.

It’s terrible staff, and not suitable to stay alone. No basic facilities and beds are dirtiest. Worst experience. Not recommended. Better to stay at dormantry. Which is good than this. As a solo traveller it is also not safe.
