Worst experience ever 😡
We came for anniversary celebration, & there was rat in a food, worst experience ever bad quality food and services I have never seen before I booked a room package from 14th June to 15th June for my parents for there anniversary, they came there and the room is with full of bugs and water inside When they go for lunch the puri over there is not properly cooked and in the fruit dish there was a live rat inside it. When they complain the manager over there then they use some inappropriate words and not given a proper response or any refund back. Worst experience ever. Not recommended at all. ❌

not a good stay
flush was not working multiple times asked for a coffee with less sugar still too much sugar was in it food quality was so bad that we both got loose motion the next day when we reach home

Excellent Stay
Beautiful resort, with greenary in the vicinity of Rajkot city.. Food was good.. Swimming pool was well maintained... Staffs were very supportive, especially Mr Anand & his cooperation is highly appreciable.. Good location to spend leisure with family.. Will visit again..

The ambition & amenities are 10/10, the environment is 10/10, all staff is 10/10, but the food is 10/15. Amazing place to stay. Worth it.

bath room was not good
property good but room bath room was not good. water leakeg. junk was there.. even ground tile was not clean, so much dusting was there. not hygiene . food was good

Good Stay
Stay was good and food was also very good. Staff was very cooperative and on their toes for service. Beautiful property and very clean . Location is bit away from city centre.

The facility is not so much maintained. Today morning when went washroom, suddenly find water wasn't coming from any tap. Luckily found tissues.

Service was poor. No hot pot is room. On request provided. Tea bags but no milk powder. Hot water not available. After complain not resolved. Forced to take bath with cold water in winter morning. Car parking outside resort. To carry luggage 750 mtr by self. Flush water continuously leakage

Poor experience.
Firstly, the place and the room isn't as good and spacious as it looked in the photos. And upon arrival the room was expected to smell fresh and clean. It smelled as if it had been closed for too long and there was also some foul odor. The bathroom too lacked few toiletries and grooming kits. The shower was also faulty. The staff was unprofessional and seemed untrained.

Average Stay
In the 3 star property we expect ready room with full and working amenities but some how warm water was not there, shower curtain was missing. We are four people there, my wife and two kids they don’t bother to arrange 4 towels there.
