I would like to share my experience of my stay in one the hostel booked in kasol from MMT. I have booked a private room in Nirvana by oztel listed as MMT Value stays. The experience of my stay was pathetic, i along with my two friends reached hostel in the morning and insisted for a early check to the person who was responsible for the checkin in the property first he did not pick up the call after that when he picked up the call he was very rude and later on when we check in at 11.30 based on the mentioned timings, the room given to us had a defected ceiling fan which made huge noise and it was dangerously shaking. The flush of toilet was not working which was repaired after repeated complains. No towels , glasses were kept in the room which were given again after repeated requests. Most unpleasant thing was that there was no electricity since 11 pm till our check out in the morning at 8.30 am. Since the room has sealed windows it was highly suffocating entire night , we were not able to sleep. Moreover there was no-one to address the issue , no one sits in the reception there is no intercom facility in the private room even. Such stay was not at all expected from a property listed on MMT we already raised complaint regarding electricity issue. and we have to left this hotel at early at 8 am as due to electricity issue we won't able to did morning chores.
we gave extra for another room in some different hotel.. we don't recommend to stay in hotel booked online by make my trip. they approx but we get better hotels offline in lower rates.
