Too bad naughty maintain

Property's location: very difficult to locate. Its at a very narrow lane - no entries and one ways. Services: this place is run by a group and each one of them says he is the "owner. Firstly msgs are not shared among them. One person allowed the driver to park inside and another "owner", came the driver for parking inside. This is a place that no one prefers and chooses as a last min option when the rest of the hotels during peak time is full and they take full advantage of this situation. Same happened to us. I booked for 3 and was given 2 rooms of 2 occupancy each. However instead of 3 we were 4 and we were charged extra. This was illogical and 2 of the so called "owners" agreed that u can charge for the 5th person and not for the 4th since it was a 4 occupancy room. However the person who took the money refused to agree and said that he charges per person.

Overall the stay was good. The location is ideal for winter stay since it gets enough sunshine and is near to laitmukrah market. The only drawback could be the housekeeping.

Nirvana guest house have no service for hot water. They have allotted that room for us foul smell is getting out always from toilet. There is no room service. Having no arrangement for tea food etc. Nirvana guest house behave like hostel not hotel. Make-my trip should more conscious to choose like this type of guest for tourist

(room 206) 4. Pillow, pillow cover and linen dirty in both rooms. 5. Room no 206 hand faucet not working it was direct. 6. Ventilators not closing in both rooms. (temp was 7 c both days) 7. Family stay, room was very clean, staff behavior was very professional and friendly, hotel services was excellent, ambiances and amenities was very nice and bus stand was nearby to the location. Overall it was smashing stay. I would like to suggest to all.

Food quality of whatever we ordered wasn't value for money. They had limited options in food. Online food ordering apps were also not working well or I can say the location of hotel was in too interior because of which no such options we got online too which delivers here. So, faced issue in the fooding part I would say. Staff was fine and was helping in everything. Room and bathroom were clean, well maintained and hygiene was good. We had to struggle a bit because of the network coverage. Bed was comfortable. Tv was working fine, we were entertained. I would like to mention that it was the manager only who arranged a guide cum driver for our Shillong tour. I must say that the driver was really good and was much aware of all the tourist attractions.
