The hotel was very good, very polite staff and very understanding. The location was also perfect nearby to all the good cafes and restaurants and all the viewing points.

Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Staff was very polite and helpful. I was come for only one day in this property but then i extend for 2 more days. Bcz it's beautiful really and whenever i come again i will definitely stay here only

Property is good; at a great location; staff is very friendly and helpful. They will do everything to help you. I took a king suite which had a really amazing bath tub.

One of the coziest places to stay in udaipur. The staff is extremely sweet and helpful. It’s right next to lake pichola so exploring the city is easier.

Stay was comfortable. View from the room was amazing and the room itself was beautiful. It is located in old city so it's well connected to nearby tourist attractions. Old city streets are very narrow, so cabs won't be able to reach till the hotel. You can either walk around 700m from the nearby parking or take an auto. Breakfast is available with limited options. Apart from that, they do not serve food at the hotel but there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall, the stay and location was excellent. The staff at the hotel was very courteous and made us very comfortable.

Recently i visited udaipur with my family, it was memorable in all aspects. First of all location of hotel is awesome it's nearby of all main places and markets. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Every possible facility they provide. Hotel is properly clean

wonderful location with stunning rooms overlooking the lake. Everything was top rate apart from the breakfast service which was chaotic and unreliable. The setting is fabulous.

Trip was amazing, the staff was polite and very helpful. We booked the king suite and it had a clean bath tub. Katrina kaif also stayed in the same room. The view was worth every penny it was very close to lake pichole and we also had an option for candle light dinner near the lake. I will always stay at this place

Very good stay and enjoyed 2 days trip in udaipur. The bed was very cozy and comfortable. It was a memorable morning as i woke up to beautiful lake view.

One of the best stay it was, comfortable, relaxing & affordable, i would definitely visit this place if i ever plan to turn back to the city, memorable moments were the lake view from the bathtub. Best staff amazing comfortable mattress and clear toilet and bathroom area. Breakfast with breathtaking view from the room and the rooftop area where we spent a huge time of my stay. Tip for the future travellers -take out some time to relax on the rooftop in the evening to experience this place at its best. Staff is friendly and available 24x7 at the property.

Its was an amazing experience, the place is so beautiful specially the view from my room window, all the tourist places are near by only, i strongly recommend nirvana haveli if your are visiting udaipur. I enjoyed most of the time in the room in bathtub with the lake view. Lovely experience, staff lovekush and jitendra were lovely host, thank you for the lovely service.
