Review Of Nirvana River Resort

Location is good, but the road connectivity and staff services are horrible. Manager misbehaved on the last day and took extra 9, 000 rupees from us as room upgradation charges. 1. Ast 5km road is not suitable for city drivers for sure, only skilled hilly drivers can drive there. We rented 3, 2-wheelers with our 1 car and it was threatening to drive/ride the last 5kms. 2. Service is horrible in the way of timings. They follow their timings of serving the food and staff services. We are from the city and had gone their to enjoy, they don't serve after 10pm. Why would we sleep at 10 when we have gone their to enjoy? rest, the property is good

1)it is surrounded by river and mountain that gives a very peaceful and calm environment. Overall the resort is in very scenic location that will not want you to go back. 2) the food is very tasty. 3) the rooms are very spacious with amazing river and mountain view 4) the service is amazing. Manager unati, is also very considerate and knows how to deal with customers. 5) the only con is the resort is really far from city, so you can’t do anything apart from staying in resort. Property is highly unsafe. Had a terrible experience last night where some people were drunk and had done manhandling with the hotel staff. No security gourds are there and the hotel is situated in remote location more precisely 1 hr drive from rishikesh. And to addition the hotel staff are also drunk and shouted in the hotel premises for almost two hours using abusive language. I visited there with my parents, wife and children. My entire family has been horrified by the experience. Really unsafe, i will not suggest any family person to visit there
