Nirvana suites, delhi, was located on main road. Location was good. There were few food joint at walking distance. Decent & well managed rooms. Room service as very good.

In experienced support staff. No power back up, faced power cut for approx 1. 5 hrs. No proper toiletries were provided. Worthy for half the price only.

I tried to cancel the booking as i got stuck in a traffic jam on nh4 near brijghat ( the jam was caused by ganga snan ) so i called the hotel and explained my situation. The hotel person asked me to get in touch with mm t customer care. Customer care said that they would send a mail to hotel and if they agree, then only mm t would be able cancel the booking. Unfortunately hotel didn't approve the cancellation despite knowing my genuine concern.
