Hotel was neat and clean. Staff is very helpful and supporting. Buffet was excellent As well as room service is fast. Hotel has a nice ambience and location is also quite good, everything thing is available nearby

Good maintained property, service is quick, staff is courteous.. location is also accessible. breakfast menu could be more advanced but they do prepare live on request items such as dosa or omlette.

Location is good, near to railway station and bus stand. Rooms were clean and had all basic amenities (excluding comb and toothpaste - BYO). Breakfast was Nice

Small Room which also need maintenance. Room service and housekeeping team service was fast and nice. Smell in corridor and lift area. Breakfast was not good, you are serving very few items and they all was tasteless and cold. Staff is good. Suggestion: increase some snacks and food items in your room service menu.

Location is good but room was way too small, food is pathetic, I ordered daal mkhni and naan, naan was like tight rubber and dal is very sovury and paneer chilli I ordered was paneer very dried because over fried

Room size too small

Property is good but food is not that tasty as it should be , cleanliness is average , toiletries were not provided but upon asking it was made available. Since at a location near to bus stand, taxi and rickshaw are always surrounded and a high noise pollution is observed. By making services more Stay friendly this could be a worth using facility I must say.

Overall an excellent stay experience. Checkin was smooth, food served in the breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff was very courteous and polite. Though Room size was little compact but it was clean and very well organized. The bedding was very comfortable and relaxing. I strongly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and safe stay.

I paid almost 2x of the actual price (due to long weekend the price was high) but still got the smallest room i have ever seen and even the beds were not that comfortable
