Good place to stay and calm and best to visit mahabaleshwar. This place is on road touch food quality is good room size too big with huge balcony with best view. Staff is vary cooperative

Hotel location is very close to panchgani and far from mahabaleshwar market. Best thing about the hotel is very spacious rooms with balcony to enjoy valley. Staff is very polite and good, they satisfactorily resolved our every issue. However, we were the only occupants in the hotel during our stay, which made it a bit awkward. I would recommend this hotel to couples or small groups who are looking for a quiet and secluded getaway.

Hotel was excellent. Food quality excellent. Service was also excellent. Staff of the hotel is very kind and supportive. Location of the *nivanta* is amazing.

There were very clean and spacious rooms. A wonderful view of a nearby lake from the gallery could be seen. Hotel staff was very polite and helping

The location was pretty great with a beautiful view of the lake. The balcony area was big enough to sit around and have tea and breakfast along with the scenic view. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Parsi point was nearby and it was easy to travel there. Overall a very good experience with hotel nivanta

Overall good experience. Beautiful valley view and relaxing balcony sit-out. Rooms are ample big in size and clean. Food that we ordered was good in taste too. In general, highly recommended for family stay.

Hotel is nice in terms of location and room size is big enough with large balcony. Rest of the things are just average. Play area is too old, breakfast is very limited without eggs, staff and service is very slow and irresponsible.

The room we booked had great view, clean room and staff service was also very good and approachable. However bit pricey and costly in comparison with other hotels for example 5k per night but amenities of room felt like its 2-3k room. Bathing water was not that hot and wifi speed was slow which felt like 5k cost is bit high. I had good tome though, hotel food was good and came pretty good packing as room service. Hotel didn't had too much guests but might make a good rush if the price is bit lowered.

Room was nice however there were many problems. We got 1st floor room where valley view was not clear due to electrical pole. Problem was with hot water, electric kettle

The hotel was decent but you can find other hotels with a better view in the same price. The rooms felt like worn out and the bedsheet had a hole in it, but the rooms were clean. Overall rating would be 3/5.

Lift was not functional, bedsheets were dirty. One good thing was the mountain view, there are several other options which you can explore

I wanted to call out that this hotel isn’t providing services worth 7-8k … no hot water present for 24 hours, lift is not working … the bedsheets were all stained and the bathroom had wrappers from earlier guest … hygiene was not maintained properly… however the rooms had great view which helped.
