One good stay if you're looking to live inside the forest vibe and the food was delicious all over worth the stay if you're in wayanad i would prefer to choose this stay because it was beautiful

It is pleasant place with all amenities, location in middle of the tourist places either sides 20km, food was average to good breakfast is served at 9am, services very good very helpful.

we had a quality time in the resort. we booked wooden cottages very neat maintain cleaninss. Hospitality is very nice. Resort offers a beautiful stay with stunning views nd delicious food .atmosphere s nice

I stayed one night at niyatma with my family, it was good experience for me. Room was very clean and the staffs are good. It is a perfect destination for kids.

We had a very pleasant stay there. Staff were so nice and well behaved. Madam (aksa) at reception was extremely helpful l all the time and vishnu was too. Place is so calm. Safe. Clean to stay. Our room was completely hygiene and well maintained. Food is little expensive but had good quality and quantity. Resort was only 1 km from main road so it was easy to found with help of gps. Overall very pleasant stay. Strongly recommended. Thanks.

The stay is located about 8-9 kms from kalpetta bus stand, easily accessible. Located between forest, it gives you a mesmerizing view at every angle. Only problem is you can't explore any food options nearby but you can order the good at the hotel. They serve you breakfast which is yummy. The egyptian cottage is beautiful and relaxing. Great place to escape from cities! i highly recommend.

Property is located rin the outskirts of kalpetta city. Very close to the city. Huge property the scenic view inside resort is mesmerizing. Rooms were good. Service was good. Restaurant -we tried only breakfast so no comment on food. The staff were not very keen on promoting their restaurant. Overall nice stay worth trying

Resort is cleanly built in huge coffee plantation. Lovely greenery all around the property. You can enjoy evening sunset with fun activities in house.

I really like this stay, main attraction of this place is it's ambience, and lunch is average but breakfast is awesome. Staff is also very cooperative and helpful. Overall i really like this place. We are planning to visit here soon with our family also

The stay at Niyatma resort was good. The ambience of the cave room, daily bonfire and music was good. The room service was also good. Breakfast options was ok, but could've been better. The only problem we had was with the road inside resort premise, its only halfway completed and it's completely like an off-road. All in all it was a nice experience.

The stay was very good, we really enjoyed the time, it was very spacious and full of greenery, staffs were very polite, friendly and well behaved. Food was very good, overall iiked the ambience and would definitely like to visit it again

Scary atmosphere. Staff was good. Still the property need some maintenance. Ambience was really terrific. The place itself have no proper lighting sustems. Seems so wierd at nught.

Overall it was average, hotel staff was nice and polite and rooms are well maintained, food quality was average, swimming pool was not up to the mark, it has dirty water

Pros: location. Beautiful & natural. Quiet. Food is freshly prepared. Overall well maintained & clean. View from the restaurant of the pond. There are multiple ponds. Campfire. Cons: the cupboard was not functional in our room aquatic cottage-1. Pool water was dirty and it requires repair as the cement from the bottom is mixing with water (which is dangerous). Felt the resort needs more employees, but the current staffs are doing their best and courteous. Breakfast experience was not good as the food got over in no time and we had to keep waiting & following up with them to refill food items like poori, coffee, tea, breads etc.
