The ambience is good. Very helpful and polite staff. Food is good. Not very spicy. Breakfast was very sumptuous. The room i stayed was spacious and was ready on arrival. If travel-ling by car, parking is big. Must provide toiletries and in the bath area a soap case to place your soap.

Accommodation and the amenities provided was ok. Service at restaurant and the complimentary breakfast provided was not satisfactory. It is the 2nd time i was stayed at there for the last 3 months. Staff at reception and their service was excellent. Also the room service was good

I stayed there for 3 days and downs 30k for 3 day stay and two times breakfast only. Toilet got clogged two times in three days. Water had to be asked everyday. Room service was good. Wi-fi wasn't working throughout the stay. Room and toilets were average class and not worth 8k a day which i was charged. I would say that daily room rent should not have been more than 5k fir that level of service. Wouldn't recommend for a family.

I've been to this hotel before & was fully satisfied. Only difference i'm giving average ratings this time is due to hotels lack of staff shortage & power-back up issues. Room services were delayed & there were electricity cuts for around 20-25 minutes due to powerback issues.

Very disappointed. No words for this hotel. I will never recommend anyone for this hotel. Very cheap. No staff.
