I HAVE booked for 3 people but given addition bed on floor

overall experience is good and provide hot water and early check-in accesse

When i talk to the owners, the actual price of the double room A/C ,That is unacceptable .

The room was neat & clean. I had a comfortable stay. Budget stay with value for money spent.

The boking process and checking process was easy. Stay was good and great location and very friendly staff.

The hotel charges 600 less than what price make my trip charges. 600 rs as booking charges are too much

Good service, room was cleaned well maintained, staff are good communication. Free hot water available.

Horrible. Not a place to stay on. Very bad service and hospitality. They don’t even provide drinking water. Every thing we need to ask for.

My girlfriend and i recently spent 2 nights at nk residency and had a fantastic experience! the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease and relaxed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team were happy to answer all our questions. What really made our stay stand out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were warm and attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Overall, we would highly recommend nk residency to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Hotel is in very isolated/deserted location. No restaurant attached. No transport, auto, taxi easily available. No near by market to purchase daily needs.

We recently stayed at nk residency in thaliparambu and overall, it was a positive experience. The accommodations were comfortable, featuring two beds that suited our needs perfectly. The staff was friendly and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere during our stay. However, the main downside was the location, as the residency was not situated on the main road. This posed some transportation challenges, making it less convenient for us to explore the area. It would be beneficial for future guests if the residency could address or provide solutions for this issue. Despite the transportation hiccup, we managed to enjoy our time at nk residency. The well-maintained rooms and welcoming staff were definite highlights, and we left with an overall positive impression. With a bit of improvement in accessibility, this residency could become an even more appealing choice for visitors.

Nice stay, good ambience, neat and clean rooms, bathroom, excellent service and interaction from staff

Clean room and toilet. Calm and homely atmosphere. Friendly behaviour from the staffs. Easily reachable from main road. It was a pleasant stay.
