Place and ambiance is very nice. I really like the hospitality of the staff. They are very welcoming and friendly. We have done the camp fire also and the room is also very nice.

Good property in very good location. Room service may be improved. Best place to stay, dine and enjoy with friends. Lacks car parking.

We'd booked this hotel before but cancel-led due to some reviews. But i went to fort kochi in person and was shocked but how nice a hotel it was. So we booked 2 deluxe rooms this time. Really great hotel with the kindest staff. They helped us arrange travel to go see bioluminicense at 2am in kumbalangi and really looked out for our safety and came to check on us right until we left. They also very kindly facilitated a late checkout. The rooftop bar was a fantastic experience. Had the best time dancing and singing with some fellow travellers from switzerland and australia! the location is a stone's throw from the water metro and the juncar which makes it super convenient. Water bottles and towels are unlimited additional which i personally found great! overall this hotel really elevated our fort kochi experience. Will be back next time!

Stay was very good. Hotel was hygeinic and very beautiful, with great rooms. Location was very near to the beach, and the attached cafe is great. Few things for improvement would be that rooms lacked enough charging points and drinks weren't available.

A cozy place right in the midst of the scenic fort Kochi. The place is clean, the staff is polite and we enjoyed our stay there. The budget is a little on the higher side but the access to the cafe and the bar makes everything convenient. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at No. 18. Staff were very courteous. The best part was the Quissa cafe. Amazing food. Chocolate cake and chicken melt sandwich is a must try. There was a Bollywood night at The Club 18. Had a blast there too. You can hire cycles just outside the hotel. That's the best way to explore Fort Kochi. Overall an experience to remember and cherish. Scope for improvement in the rooms as they were a bit old and dusty.

Good experience, food was costly, but rest of the things was good, location was Good, always prefer to frainds, earlier service of OYO was very bad then I book no 18 through make my Trip, nice experience.
