The view of the mountains is truly breathtaking. The staff were also very polite. The helped arrange the cabs for local sightseeing. Very satisfied!

Overall, it was a nice stay. We enjoyed it, great staff and amazing cook.
Spider webs were hanging in some corner. Did not like that.

Best Resort at Pelling

Bathtub was broken. Food was bland. Staff is very cooperative. Location is excellent. Rooms are very well maintained. Limited choice at buffets. Retreat & Spa is far superior to Resort. Spa was not functioning.

Location was very good, staff was very nice. Overall hospitality was good, but room wise very bad like a substandard hotel room. Not value for money. Street dogs are roaming around all over property.

Didn't have any options. Breakfast was very late. Not worth the money.
Heater should have been bigger.

Denied company reservation

The hotel staff denied any reservation from MakeMyTrip, however as it was late in the evening, they allotted a small corner room for us, which was not Worth what is paid to MakeMyTrip.

The hotel denied me as they said there is no booking. I was harassed and put in great trouble by you. I already told you to refund my amount with compensation immediately. This is a case of cheat and fraud done to me.

Awful hotel in a great location

Paid much for average quality. I don't think the hotel has had a make over in 20 years. The toilets had ancient fittings, no pressure in the shower, had to be final make do with bucket baths. The toilets were also filthy & we dreaded using it. On a positive note, the staff were excellent and courteous.

It is a third class hotel.
Seems hotel is built 30 years back and no change since then.
