Property was nice, room was well designed and interiors and space was excellent. Facilities and amenities were excellent. Food was hygienic and freshly cooked.

room was pathetically small...it was given in the listing that it is 224sqmt but it is not even 100sqmt with such a high price at around 6k per night the property was not worth living. wifi was for a namesake and pool was very small I want refund from mmtp for a misleading information I left the property with in an hour of check in, informed to mmt but nobody call me as well

Good points: Experience was good. Property is new so rooms were fresh and clean. No smell nothing. Staff was ready to help and very polite. Things to consider: Apart from Swimming pool they have nothing for children. Pricing was very stiff and not at all justified considering property amenities, ambience and half km walk to beach Other properties are providing much better amenities children play area etc in half of the price Net pickings : Only 2 options in breakfast buffet Poha,idli not at all worth for this price. Conclusion:It's no brainer around 4.5-5k if you prefer cleanliness freshness etc of rooms and not travelling with children.

It was a horrible stay whole night power was not there. Power backup also not upto to take the load. Even next day afternoon it didn't sorted out. Even in food not much option available. Have to do cancellation of remaining 1 night and have to do early check out.

Property was excellent and location also great. Had wonderful stay with family. I would recommend everyone to be there while planning for dive agar. Very helpful staff and team. Little expensive but worth it.
