Had a greater experience, ambiance was too good newly built novotel goa panjim, everything was good except breakfast buffet, there were very less varieties of breakfast, for breakfast there was only idle, chutney, samabar, which was too hard and not good taste wise, other than idle there was nothing to eat, but there was live counter, we ordered poori bhaji which was not good, but ch-ole bhature was good.

I had high expectations from a five-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the poor service and lack of attention to detail in guest hospitality. While the rooms were good, the overall experience fell short. Minibar: the minibar in the room was completely empty, which is not what one expects in a premium hotel. Housekeeping: housekeeping only provided bath towels in the bathroom, with no hand towels or napkins. Basic amenities were overlooked. Bathroom issues: the bathroom door lock was broken, and despite reporting this issue, no one bothered to fix it. Additionally, the shower pressure was extremely slow, making it frustrating to use. Room service: small but important details were constantly missed. For instance, when ordering bread and butter in the room, they didn’t provide a butter knife, requiring another call and additional waiting time. Water bottles: on the last day, housekeeping failed to place water bottles in the room. Despite asking for water twice late at night, no one attended to the request. We had to go to bed without any drinking water, which was incredibly disappointing. Overall, while the rooms were decent, the lack of attention to detail and poor service made my stay far from enjoyable. For a five-star property, such lapses are unacceptable and need immediate attention.
