1. Delayed Room Allocation & No Welcome
Despite having a confirmed booking, our room was handed over to us almost 45 minutes late. During this time, there was no proper communication, gesture of welcome, or even a courtesy drink, which set a disappointing tone at the very beginning of our stay.
2. Food Quality & Breakfast Experience
The overall food quality was impressive, with good flavors and presentation. However, the morning breakfast spread fell short of expectations—it lacked variety and freshness in certain items. A few more options, especially in fresh fruits, juices, and hot dishes, would enhance the experience significantly.
3. Swimming Pool Safety Concerns
The swimming pool requires urgent maintenance as several tiles are damaged and uneven. This poses a high risk of cuts and injuries to guests, particularly children. Considering the pool is a major attraction for most visitors, proper upkeep is essential for both safety and comfort.
4. Spa Facility
The spa facility was one of the highlights of our stay. The ambiance, cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff created a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. It was well worth the time and is definitely a strong point for the property.
5. Staff Behavior & Hospitality
While the staff carried out their duties, there was a noticeable lack of warmth in interactions. A little more humility, friendliness, and genuine smiles while greeting customers would make a big difference in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
6. Balcony & Outdoor Cleanliness
The area outside the balcony was in poor condition—it appeared dirty, poorly maintained, and shabby. This not only spoils the view but also takes away from the overall charm of the property. Regular cleaning and upkeep of outdoor spaces would enhance the guest experience considerably.
