My 1st lines for mr adil shaikh ji, he is just so amazing. He made our stay memorable. In-spite of a full house he and his staff did everything to make guests comfortable. Imagica did not impress me much but it was adil shaikh & his staff who brought smile to our face. Thank you adil ji & novotel.

Our stay at novotel was incredibly comfortable. The rooms were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We will definitely visit again!

I had made the booking through mmt. And by mistake i had booked twin bed. Ms. Prity at the hotel reception, on my request had changed the room to king size bed. I am very much thankful to her. Excellent food. Excellent service.

It’s amazing property & got roadside view room. Early morning sunrise is worth to watch from my room. Break fast was too good than dinner with variety of options. Playing area for kids need to increase at novotel, khopoli. Imagica surprise dance from the team was too good to watch. Kids enjoyed a lot. My trip was 1 day trip for leisure, but it quite relaxing, refreshing & enjoyable. Went for my spouse birthday & she like the surprise including properly, food & breakfast n location. No plastic is used at property. Looking after sustainability, it’s great initiative also, whole property is smoking free, that is commendable. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you mmt !

We took the balcony room which had the view of the swimming pool. The room was clean. Water bottles were made of glass instead of plastic. A buffet breakfast was available. Food was amazing. Overall ratings 4 out of 5. Go for it.

Property was excellent my kid enjoyed alot ‘ food was fabulous wot h grrat hospitality ny the square restaurant and brekfast staff ta-ha, restaurant manager karan shpuld defntly ne promoted and executive chef mr rajesh made what my toddler wanted for all his meals ! recreation activities by yashwant kept my child engaged and happyyy !

It was an excellent experience, my children had great fun, the staff was very friendly and helpful, mr ranjan from house keeping was very helpful and kind, mr chandan from resturant was very good and helped us with food and beverage, we thank the the entire staff for making our stay beautiful experience, we wish you all a happy deepawali

I had the pleasure of staying at novotel imagica khopoli for two days, and i must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. Every member of the team was attentive, friendly, and always eager to assist. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered all the modern amenities one could expect. The views from the room were stunning, adding to the overall experience. The hotel is perfectly located, allowing easy access to imagica and other attractions nearby. A special mention to the safety measures in place throughout the hotel, which gave us peace of mind.
