Amazing hospitality. The team of hariom and sweta were very understanding as i was travel-ling with an infant and needed a lot of additional support. The breakfast spread was just awesome

We stayed at Novotel Hotel for two days with family. The first thing is the location of the hotel, It is centrally located and has good connectivity from the airport and all the heritage sites. Now, I start my experience at this property. When we reached the hotel, they served welcome drinks and started the check in process. The staff at reception was very professional and cooperative. The standard check in time is 2 pm but they managed for us to check in early at 12 Hrs. The property is newly built so everything in the hotel was fine. The interior, washroom, cupboards, bed and sitting all were so clean and comfortable. The rooms have all the modern amenities. The breakfast was so delicious and full of variety. The best thing at breakfast was the live counters, from where you can order a dosa, uttapam, pan cake etc as per your choice. The staff at the dining area was so caring, they were entertaining each guest individually, serving the food as per their choice on table. If I remember correctly , Mr Rishabh, one of the staff in the dining area, was so caring, he came to our table many times to ask for food and drinks etc. My kids also enjoyed themselves there a lot, they had fun at the swimming pool. Finally, I would like to appreciate the overall hospitality of Novotel.

It was comfortable stay at novotel. It's third time i have stayed in novotel in jodhpur. Food is always great there. Best thing about novotel is it's friendly staff.
