The room was nice with the ocean view and decent size. They also accommodated early check-in as we were with an infant it was very helpful. Hitea was ok, breakfast was pretty nice. Ventilation in the toilet wasn't proper. Despite ac being on, it took sometime to get rid of the smell which was surprising to us. Though we didn't have time to report this but it definitely was an inconvenience. How will i avail the discount

Best stay ever

Our stay at novotel was for 3 days and 2 nights. We had to check in a little early because of our flight timings, hence we requested the staff to give us a room a little early; the wonderful hospitality and early check in made our day. We knew that we have made a wonderful decision by booking this amazing hotel with sea view. The rooms are beautiful, neat and clean. I would like to personally write a review for sonali giri who is one of the best employee. She made our stay so comfortable by checking on us each day. My daughter was so happy with her presence around. It’s not just us but we observed her helping others as well to best of her capacity.

One of the best hotel in visakhapatnam. When you are visiting with family the ocean view rooms are ideal. Breakfast is decent and speciality restaurants are good. Staff are courteous.

Good location, can see the sea from my room. Check in and dining experience - some people who serve are excellent, some are indifferent, there is variable quality. Overall, i love the place and i have come here repeatedly. Attitude much superior to itc and gateway nearby, so i prefer this.
