Good and neet room, very plea-sent staffs. Specially food is excellent. While we are from kerala and stayed in kolkata for a week. We are very happy with food and service. Also in good location, any type we get cabs and rickshaws nearly.

Firstly lift was not working, then the room ac was not cooling. At 17 degree also it was not cooling the room properly. The wc in bathroom was too dirty. Room was too small with no table, chair, no dryer. They were not responding in a prof. Manner.
