The hotel is situated in a very small town (read 'a village that has mushroomed into a town) called 'madanapalle' in andhra pradesh. The town has been made famous by the location of the spiritual guru sri m's ashram there. A number of sri m's followers, both from within the country, and abroad visit mandanapalle. Therefore the hotels here are very much in demand, especially when there is some event being organized at sri m's ashram. The visitors are happy just to get a bed, just as i was. This will give you a backdrop to more about the property. The property's location was good. It was in the heart of 'city-centre' and all eateries, banks, provision stores, etc. Are within 'stone-throw. The hygiene standards left much to be desired. You might sight a cockroach in the room, or some small stains in the bed-sheet, and the light in the bathroom may not work. However, the washroom was clean and the light bulb subsequently replaced. All the occupants in the third floor did not get any hot water. However, hot water was delivered in a bucket to me and other rooms, at 4. 30 am, by a kind staff (there are no phone in the rooms, and a calling bell will get the attender. A small town, a small hotel, not exactly the ritz. You should be prepared to 'rough it out.
