Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to multiple service issues. There was no hot water, so we couldn’t use the bathtub we specifically paid for. We had to bathe in cold water, and there was also a water logging issue in the bathroom. When we informed the staff about the issue, they sent a technician who kept giving excuses and said that hot water would come in half an hour. However, the hotel staff didn’t even check afterward to see if the problem was resolved. Later, another person came to inspect the issue, but they also continued giving excuses instead of fixing the problem.
When we asked to speak with the manager on duty or access a complaint register, the reception informed us they didn’t have either. There was no register available for guests to report issues.
Additionally, the hotel does not provide valet parking, and since it was raining, we had to go outside ourselves to get the car — the staff didn’t even offer an umbrella. The reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout.
Overall, the service quality was unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against booking this hotel if you expect even basic hospitality or courtesy from the staff.
