The location is perfect and the property is absolutely fantastic. Great place to stay in Koregaon Park.

The property had top floors under renovation and so not available. There was bath tubs but no bubble bath soap. The in room dinning was expensive than a 5 start hotel with very small portions.

The hospitality was extremely disappointing. We were billed for food items we never ordered, and the staff refused to believe us even after we asked them to check the cameras. Only after making us wait for 15 minutes did they realise it was their mistake and apologise for the humiliation caused. The service was equally pathetic — during breakfast, despite having a large number of staff members, no one attended to us. We waited 45 minutes just for a cup of coffee. To add to it, the security staff checked our bags during every visit without any valid reason. This hotel has completely lost the charm and standard it once had.

This was my fifth stay at this property, and each visit continues to reaffirm why it remains one of my preferred destinations. The overall experience consistently exceeds expectations — from the warm and efficient service at check-in to the attention to detail in every aspect of the stay. The room layouts are exceptionally well-designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Each space feels thoughtfully planned, maximizing natural light and showcasing stunning views that create an atmosphere of calm and luxury. The interiors reflect a refined sense of design, balancing modern amenities with an inviting ambiance that makes every stay memorable.

Property is really nice and cozy with everything you need, the food was also nice with a good ambience around the rooftop but on the pricier side but nonetheless pleasant stay overall

Nice property prominently located rooms are good checkin was smooth but out side food restrictions to the property and only non smoking property is a challenge for corporate and business travelers.

no charging socket near bed, unsealed water bottle, terrible breakfast, gym is like my pant pocket, lift was antique i will never suggest anyone to go there

O Hotel Pune always delivers exceptional hospitality! The staff is warm, welcoming, and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable experience.

Pros: Stay was good. Check in, check out was good. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was good with ample options and the food was fresh. Cons: Bed-related amenities could be improved regarding bed covers and pillows etc. The hotel is getting old and maybe renovation is a good idea regarding lighting and hall ways etc. Despite that one cannot ignore its prime location, good views from the roof top and good inhouse dining options. so, I'll still recommend it for a budget friendly stay overall and for its food quality.

it was good. nice ambience with good hospitality. only one issue i tried contacting the hotel for an invoice update, but no response. I have given a call about 15times or more. and there is only one number to contact. seems like a scam with such a huge hotel and 24h reception, no one is answering the telephone. pathetic post experience.

The property had a great location but the hospitality is a bit presumptuous. Had booked two king sized bed rooms with bathtub. Was given one twin bed room with bathtub and other without. The two alternate rooms they showed had a musty smell.

The room was not cleaned even after reminding twice. In the end the front office staff were doubting me whether i had told them or not
