Well maintained hotel with some cons
pros 1. well maintained and clean 2. reception and support staff are well mannered and supportive 3. breakfast was good. should have taken dinner also with package 4. good access to all tourist spots 5. hotel is in busy shoping area cons 1 . no covered parking 2. need to call reception every time we need hot water 3. food from room service is not that great

Best stay for family.
Great place, best location, good ambience n delicious food. Great hospitality. Staff is awesome. Rooms are spacious n clean.

Excellent Stay
from the begining to the end it was comfortable stay. staff was very friendly and helping. food was ok, even if not great. have a well maintained swimming pool, gym , spa and children indoor play area. clean place. highly recommended for stay with family. a straight 5 star.

Good Stay
The location is close to Calangute beach walking distance, very peaceful,serene resort to stay . food quality is very good with very wide range . Terra open restaurant within the resort has very beautiful evening shows like live DJ , singers & performers . very nice gym and swimming pool as well . really loved this place ,shall visit again 😍 above all staff is very helpful and prompt in any kind of service you require right from entry to stay to smooth exit . And very lush green property ,vibe is very positive!

Excellent Stay
We checked in 29th Sep and found the front office staff, extremely cordial. The next day, we shifted to another in the same unit as our other relatives. There was an issue with the AC, but the hotel staff promptly attended and later upgraded our room to a premium room at no extra cost. We are truly touched by the hospitality and impeccable service quality. Will surely advise for stay.

Terrible Stay
There was limited supply of water in the taps of washroom everyday the water was turned off by the hotel without even informing, whole night water wasnt there, we faced extreme difficulties because of this. Also they were charging tax on MRP items, example water bottle.

Great experience!
Very nice property, recommended for family stay. Clean and cozy rooms, decent swimming pool, professional spa services, good food and live events, very lively neighbourhood, about 10 mins walk or drive to Calangute beach. Car parking is available and has a valet facility. Decent breakfast spread and professional staff support makes a good start to the day.

property location is very near to many beaches. food is good, but prices of food is exorbitant. we dint use all amenities, but heard people speak of them. services are fine. if they start inhouse laundry, then it would better. otherwise it was a wonderful experience with the stay.
