Review Of OCEAN VIEW GOAN BEACH HOUSE

I stayed at this property with my wife for 3 nights in hot April. The caretaker was very supportive throughout our stay. The AC was working well, so we had no issues with the heat. However, pest control is needed as ants were a big problem. This place is best suited for those looking for a budget-friendly stay with drinking water available and just a 3-minute walk to Calangute Beach. Keep in mind, there are no parking facilities for cars or bikes.

Rooms are too good as per the budget friendly like it's reasonable as per the location just on the beach, rest the property condition is not good from outside. If we are planning to book this room just for sleeping and resting it's quite too good hotel

Guy in reception was really helping but rooms have ants and cockroaches beach is just in front of this

The facilities were not good. No food and beverage service and even you can't expect the tea also. One thing is good, it is near the beach with less price. Also the bed was cleaned.

The place was very good, specially the rooms awesome. Washrooms were best. Location is good. Add a restaurant.

Room isn't spacious. They will not come to clean the room, change the towels or bedsheets. They do not have updated locks to the room. Lock and key are old. Washroom tap leaks. No ventilation. Instead of white lights, they have orange lights. Waste of money. No vibe in this place. Do not come to this place thinking you can save some money. It isn't worth it)

Terrible experience with this property after reaching near to location, property is very old and they changed this from church to rooms, there is no path to reach hotel we should get down in one area and from there we should carry our luggage on our own self, no parking, no privacy in hotel as doors are not closing properly, gap between door and wall, no hot water, property running by solar, so don’t expect hot water from 6pm to 10am, after 10am you will get hot water, no parking space for your vehicles, they are asking to park outside and for that no security, very bad experience and my family totally disappointed

Stay was good properly is clean room service is good near to beach walkable distance but there is no beach view from the property

The service of ocean view is very good, ocean view, i thank ocean view from the bottom of my heart for its help, if i have to trip to goa again in life, i will book my stay in ocean view only. Thank you

1)room service and support was good 2)the room was near the beach it's really an ocean view point 3)a/c was good, tv, all was good except room not up to the mark and full of stinking and looking like very very old building. I didn't take any pick of the room kindly upgrade the 7% discount please

Room was not clean & the room is very suffocating and the bathroom is too small. The ac is not working properly and the room is not as it’s shown in the pictures. I have no pictures right now

Good stay for family, friends or even solo. 2 mins walk to calangute beach. Wifi is available & safe for solo.

It was a good stay, close to the beach. The room size was good, there was an open area to sit. It is a very peaceful environment. Close to the market also so it was easy to reach out to cafes n shopping places.

As per pics share on makemytrip was different but the service provider by the hotel owner were good

It's a short room, with small washroom. Overall neat and clean. Bedding was provided with mosquito net around.

Excellent hospitality by ravi, walkable distance to beach, good atmosphere with silent & superb view from hotel. Nice & lovely staff ravi.
