Review Of Octave Adya Hotel

Rooms were not clean. Bed bugs and mosquitoes are common. Bedsheets, pillow cover and the bed itself were dirty. Pungent smell of wine and smoke was circulating everywhere in the hotel. Lift was not functioning. Even they will not provide complementary water bottle.

Location is good but hotel is very dirty. Taps and water facilities is not good. TV is not working. No hot water facilities is available.

The room is ok and it's very old model that rooms lighting is old,but their toilet is very dirty and flush is broken and other accessories are not provided by the hotel.

budget friendly place,.... can improve little bit

The staff are very good & Helpful. I booked a suit room but on arrival we were told that the suit room is in 2nd floor. (While booking , it was not mentioned about floor level) Lift was not working so we asked to change the room and the Lady was quite understanding about our our knee pain and adjusted in a Normal room in 1st floor. Asked about the refund of difference amount but they said that as I have booked Online they cannot give a refund.

Terrible bed, extremly unhygine toilet, electricity going on and off during night..

needs lots of improvements. lift was out of service, sheets n beds were stained, windows were curtainless n hence requested to fix new curtains, hot water issues etc etc etc

Poor management and it was a terrible experience as there was a water scarcity for almost an hour from the time of check in and management didn't take action on time and giving irresponsible answers.

Bedroom washroom pathetic

This was the worst hotel i ever stayed. Better i can stay in road side. Water was having bad smell. Food waste were left in room and caused very bad smell.

We had a very bad stay at the hotel which forced us to cut short our trip and leave early. The hotel building was quite old and at the time of check in they gave us a stained towel, 1 soap snd ac remote. When we opened the room, we could see cigarettes strewn around and the bed in a mess indicating that it was not a clean room. We immediately went downstairs and complained. However they gave us another room which was comparatively cleaner than the first one but still very dirty and old. The bedsheet and pillow case linen were quite old and we didn't feel like laying down on it. The bathroom was also super dirty. All this made us stay there onlh for few hours and we checked out immediately.

If you’re seeking for a budget stay then it’s a go to place else find something else

Good for group traveler’s, couples and family

I reached late at early in the morning & person was there was sleeping at desk doesn’t want to come out of sleep he denied that there is no room available inspite of my saying that i have a booking for today then he understands. I filled all the formalities in dark bcoz he don’t want to switch on the light he was half sleeping mode then he gave me key & went to sleep didn’t bother to come & check my room while i told him come & check.

The hotel has incorrect images The rooms were substandard, walls were stained. Washrooms were low on hygiene. It's best to avoid.
