Room is spacious and neat. Rameswaram cafe is at 5 min walk. Near to bus stop. Over all good place to stay

the hotel benefits from being a new construction, which minimizes wear and tear from poor maintenance. however, several issues need immediate attention: • the address listed on mmt is incorrect, leading to significant confusion. it took multiple attempts to reach reception, and the actual location is 3-4 km away from the listed address. • the room was not ready even an hour after the check-in time. • towels were unavailable as all were reportedly dirty, with no fresh ones supplied for two days. • the bedsheets provided were visibly stained and unclean. • hotel may primarily cater to guests looking to use the rooms for social drinking purposes, which affects the overall ambiance and suitability for families. overall, the experience fell short of expectations. improvements in hygiene and management, are necessary.
