Please don't ever book this property, worst ever saw property or booked Being a personal from the hotel industry also. the room sizes were small. Unhiegenic. seapage issues, bad smell. I kept my luggage even though can't even stayed for more than 5 minutes in the room and went off to search another property,

Terrible Stay
The rooms were not ready at all. We were offered initially room no. 308. Completely a filthy one. Thereafter he tried to show other room 305, we hoped the same status and refused to accept any other one. The room is definitely not as shown on the pictures.

Everything worst hotal food management rooms are very worst not clean don’t book this hotal worst experience

value for money
Comfortable value for money. Not exceptionally well but value for money. Good for short stay for one or two days

The room that I stayed is not good. AC is not working and some other problems.

Pathetic Octave hotel .. what they showed on pics is no where close to real
Trusted make my trip and booked hotel octave , this was so pathetic and not a family hotel .. everything including rooms reception sheets was stinking and in bad shape…had to go out as couldn’t stand there for a while.. on top of it hotel did not refund me amount even though I did not stay there.

we have change 3 rooms in which one room the blanket was not set the other room bedsheet was stain and the other room the fan was not working nor the AC

The cleanings was good, but there was no drinking water kept in the room. And the smell of the room can be little better

property location I found through my office friend. There is no kitchen except in the bar. They say spa, which does not exist in the hotel, my stay amount must be refunded. I stayed expecting there is a Spa in the hotel. Totally disappointed

The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel and room was not good. Staff don't appear to be very professional. What ever was promised for the booked room category was not provided. Hotel room provided is not worth the money. Room was not well maintained with dirty walls. Amenities were not provided as mentioned in the booking details.

very worst stay, complete uncleanliness, all type of food waste was on the walking bay, complete lift was filled with waste and unusable, all rooms was used, I was never cleaned and no proper water facility was there
