Room was worst. Doors were having hole and cockroaches. Bathroom was cleaned before 2 or 3 years. It was very worst. Walls were having holes. Entire room was like room.. No landline phone. No water bottle. Shelves were having bed bugs. Overall pathetic.

Worst hotel ever...

Never book this hotel if you expect even the slightest bit of decency. The rooms are filthy, the bed sheets are covered in disgusting stains, and the washrooms are nothing short of hell. It’s a nightmare to stay here. To make things worse, don’t expect any support . Save yourself the regret and stay far, far away.

Rooms are not very clean. Daily they don’t clean. Early check-in is not possible. The room are doesn’t look the picture at all, no cleaning of rooms. Wallpaper coming out from the wall.lot of cockroaches

Never book room in this hotel, why below the reason? Low Room Quality: The room is likely to be small, simple, and lacking in amenities, with basic furnishings and limited comfort. Less Cleanliness: Cleanliness might be an issue, with potential problems such as unclean linens, dirty floors, or unhygienic bathroom conditions. Lack of Amenities: There may be limited or no amenities, such as TVs and essential services like housekeeping might be infrequent. ( They will not come at all ) Worst service: Front desk service could be minimal or unhelpful, with limited assistance available for guests. There is no water for freshup, even for Brushing teeth. Sink is also not working from the day we checked in. Management is very bad that we should talk Hindi with that guys being kannadigas Overall Experience: Guests may feel that the hotel doesn't meet their basic needs, leading to a disappointing stay.

I stayed for 5 days in octave mainly due to its nearness to my office. it was a short work trip. The rooms does not look the pictures at all. The rooms are in very bad condition. lights are so dim, it almost feels like a shady place. no cleaning of rooms . wallpapers coming out of walls. overall I would recommend not to book this hotel
