My original plan was to travel alone but luckily my husband joined last minute this was not a hotel but a serviced apartment and hence not suitable for a woman who is travel-ling alone i called helpline to support me in changing the bookings but the person who attended the call was very rude and insensitive towards my issue

It's n new property no tv installed i stayed for 3 days but no one cleaned the room toilet was not cleaned mosquitoes coil was available
