Room which we were allotted ac was in repair so we were shifted to very small room

Terrible rooms with 0 amenities, noisy, not clean at all

Unsafe and terrible hotel. Smelly room with open washbasin in the room. Small bed. Dirty bed linen. Washroom was still better and clean. No proper lock. No locker facility and unsafe and surrounding

Very very poor service. Reception staff was so arrogant. Ac was continually lick for the whole night. Also the room was too small if u check out and requested to put your luggage for some time then there is no store room as well as a common wash room.

Family stay, location was very convenient and close to gate way of India, and Taj Hotel, Hotel services was good and staff behavior was courteous and friendly, child friendliness of the Hotel was also very good, ambiances and amenities was average, safety and security of the property was top class. Overall it was good stay. Suggested.

There was no ventilation in the room. And it was a cramped room. As there was no ventilation in the room the smell of the washroom was all over the room. The basic facilities were available in the room. The staff was not cooperative. They did not provide food.

All the services were nice. The stay was not so good as extream noise was coming from outside the room. The staff was impressive. It was a clean hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights. Not worth the money. Even hot water facility is poor. It is like a lodge. No room service, even water has to be purchased.

The location is very convenient, if you want to stay in the heart of Colaba. The room we got was relatively small.
