Charming Forest Ambience with Excellent Service The property offers a serene, forest-like ambience and serves good food. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and always willing to help, making the stay pleasant. Overall, it is good value for money. One suggestion would be to renovate the sit-out areas slightly to enhance guest comfort.

Poorly maintained property. The rooms are very very old type and not maintained. You get much better hotels at gokarna for same cost

Excellent service and good food

it is an old property with individuals villa style rooms and one has to climb 10-12 stairs to get into the room so not suitable for senior citizens who have issues with joints/ knee pain. you get exposed to the weather when you come out of the rooms so better carry umbrellas to go to the restaurant etc…there are no intercom if you need something you will have to go to the reception. food is very tasty they serve traditional sambhar/ rasssam, two veg/ non veg dishes etc ... would like to add that staff was very nice and friendly

Spa is not complimentary. The property location is great it's a government property, quote old. They have huge premises with garden. Food is good, like home made. The desert served is too sweet. Swimming pool is quite good, very clean. Other indoor and outdoor games are not there. This must be the best property in gokarna. Staff is polite. Room size is big. They have entrance lobby, sofa- table room and separate bedroom.

The place is very basic. Rooms are hug h but apart from that everything else is at bare minimum. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all in the same place with limited choice. It is almost like dining in a hostel. The pool is well maintained.

The property, location, staff and food was very good. The only thing that needs is an upgrade to the in-room amenities. The linen, towels etc. Are very old and with stains. For a place at this price point it devalues the experience.

Firstly, we have requested for a refund through the app, since we had medical emergencies with 2 people. And it was mentioned that we were liable to get a refund. The staff was very rude on call. Once the rest reached the location, it was a very shady place and bad location.

Property is huge and rooms are good. Swimming pool is neat and clean. Spa was great and relaxing. Food is good and delicious. Kind and courteous staffs.

Situated in dense greenary very close to mahabaleshwar temple. Quiet environment. Clean and comfortable.

Accommodation was good and the rooms were clean. But, the resort was not close to any beach and the food available was not good. Without any options, you'll have to wait for them to prepare the food for everyone staying.

Food was good. Ambience was fine but location was 5 km from om beach and 1. 5 km from gokarna beach. Service was not good. Reception staff did not help in getting cab for transport. Manager was not present in the hotel to assist in anything.

I was there with my entire staff. We were 10 members visited on 1st nova 2023 jungle lodge was good but since we booked the payment was a package with food, stay and a ride with free trip to om beach and temple. Which jungle lodge said that since you have booked you will not be entitled for the trip to om beach and temple. As a customer i went through jungle lodge But payment was made

The place is rustic - needs more maintainance. Pmeple are very good and helpful but the infrastructure is lacking.

Food was good. They have both veg and non veg meals as buffet. The rooms were clean and large. They even have ac. They have swimming pool which was clean and even had less chlorine.
