The property is on the main road so there's no parking space. Staff are courteous and the food is vegetarian. However, no issues faced during our stay

Terrible Stay

Hotel inside location is zig zag. Zervice is treible and water bottle is above the mrp. Unhygienic place. Toilets are not clean. Parking problem also.

This hotel is a part of the Clarks group and it is obvious in the room design, staff training, food quality, etc. The restaurant is slightly difficult to find and the room cleaning needs improvement.

Staff was welcoming. They went beyond their usual duties to make sure that I feel comfortable. But there are not too many options in breakfast. Non-veg food is not available in hotel.

Room ambience, cleaniness and food was very good. The hospitality by the front desk was below par and hostile. Reference of the Om Clarks inn was by AIIMS, as I admitted my son for his higher medical education.

The room was big but not very clean and food was good but the service was very very slow. No one came to pick our bags. Neither at check in nor at the time of check out. We picked our luggage at our own. No toiletries was given. Only one towel for two persons was given. After repeated requests, towel was not given. Behaviour of the was also not pleasant. Lady staff at reception seems to b rude, rooms are like some 3rd class hotel where all the walls are damaged, bathroom ceiling was broken, towels are dirty & wifi has a very weak notwork as they have only one router.
