I recently stayed at your hotel from 11 in to 12, and I wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Overall, my stay was satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable, and the basic amenities were well-maintained. I appreciated the hospitality of the staff, who were polite and helpful during check-in and check-out. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. : “The room service took longer than expected,” or “The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent,” or “The breakfast options were limited.”] These issues didn’t greatly affect my stay, but addressing them could enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for your hospitality. I hope to see continued improvements and would consider staying again in the future.

Good hotel for stay at satna

Terrible Stay
The hotel staff working there are miss mannered. They will come and try to open the door at midnight with the master key when you are sleeping. You will get many surprise bills of food that you have not consumed and during check out will be asked to pay for those and all staff will say please pay it or it will get deducted from my salary. Food is terrible zero hygiene at the hotel bed where stinking. All toiletries where empty and was decorated with those in washroom. After the complaint, also no one will take care of this issue

Overrated hotel by makemytrip assessment team.
businessRooms are big but not at all maintained. Ac also not working properly. They hardly have any staff to attend the guests.

1. Rooms are extremely good. 2. Room amenities are poor. 3. For warm water you have to flood unexpected 2-3 bucket water first. 4. Breakfast options are not good. 5. Food is expensive. 6. Premise is equivalent to 4* but due to service not getting good footfall may be.

businessHorrible. It is extremely noisy. The staff has no respect for privacy of the guests. The room is filthy. The floors are dirty and bed had hair on it, the bedsheet had paan stains. The pillow covers looked as if they haven't been changed in forever.

Service / maintenance needs to be upgraded no hot water available in washroom due to some fault in the heating system which could not be addressed during my stay. Despite repeated reminders.

Best place to avoid
Overall experience is a nightmare. Uncleaned room bathroom. No hot water. Bathroom light didn’t work. Swimming pool not operational. Not worth even 1500/night

Great property in satna
The property is very good and specious compare to other property in satna. Will recommend to every one. Only breakfast quality needs to improve because there are very less option available in breakfst also not too much healthy or low fat diet available.
