Worst experience
the rooms were smelly when we entered. The AC was not working properly. The hotel had no cleaning person available through out and no body to clean the room. No soap was available in the bathroom to clean hands. Towel was not changed and we had to ask the reception to provide a another set of towel. No drinking water available in the Hotel. We had to buy mineral water from outside. There is not restaurant facility available. All you have to get your own food from near by shop

The hotel is built in a very good location and it is near to golden temple, hotel staff was very polite and having good behaviour towards their customers

No parking a
In terms of room the room is clean with wifi facility and hot water and hygiene but the worst part is they have no parking and the Area is not safe. hotel staff tell me kindly park your vehicle at your own risk if the vehicle is not there in morning we are not responsible. worst decision to book this hotel

Food was very bad, 1st day the breakfast was not served due to non availability of staff although we have paid in advance for breakfast.

Poor Stay
The beds were not properly clean, there were stain marks, locker was not working, towels in washroom was wet, there was no toiletry provided. Room prices were higher than the standard

Wonderful Family Trip to Amritsar with MakeMyTrip!
We recently booked a family trip to Amritsar through MakeMyTrip, and it was an amazing experience! Our group of 9 was visiting the city for the first time, and everything was well-organize The hotel provided was excellent – the rooms were large, clean, and spacious, giving everyone plenty of comfort. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right.service is average Amritsar itself was a beautiful city to explore, and we had a smooth, hassle-free experience throughout our stay. businessThe hotel was small but the room was clean and spacious and very good as compared to other big hotels. Staff is also polite. Food was also good. Overall nice stay.

The reception was welcoming, quick and well arranged. The hotel was newly built with exceptional standard of rooms and comes with a genuine price range. The staff was also very helpful towards the guests. Overall a very nice hotel to stay and spend quality time with your family and friends.
