They didnt provide us with any toiletries, neither did they cater to us when we complained about the 1st room we got near the entrance that there were constant noises. Room was good, these above mentioned got me annoyed after a long hectic day.

The hotel is newly built. The dotn have food and breakfast option. No common washroom to freshen up. Manager not available 24*7 at hotel. Comes at 8 am and asks for key to clean the room. No full time receptionist as well. The bell boy or helper isn't available for your luggage if you have to travel or leave in the morning before 10 am. Didn't clean the garbage or room even after informing.

No staff, only gaurd is the one who is taking care of all things reception, room service and security. Room given to me was already occupied by another guest and his luggage was there in room when i checked in the room.

The hotel seems new but the cleanliness is very bad, sofas are not vacuumed, linens were dirty upon checkin and had to get them changed again. Room freshener was so heavily sprayed that i couldn’t breathe, no working desk. There was noise all through the night either from the reception or from other guests - not fit for corporate travellers at all. Stay away!
